Steel vs. Resin Above-Ground Pools

Steel Above-Ground Pools

We are all likely familiar with the fact that steel is a very strong material used widely. It then stands to reason that a steel pool would also be very strong. This is what makes a steel pool a very popular choice. 

Doughboy Pools offers several designs that are made of high-quality steel. We even take the extra step to galvanize our steel so that it can prevent rust from forming. These types of pools can typically last from 10 to 15 years which is five years longer than other types of above-ground pools.

Resin Above-Ground Pools

While resin might be a material name you are not as familiar with, it is just as strong as steel. Resin pools can last even longer than a steel pool in some cases. They will also never rust or corrode like a steel pool.

We have sizes ranging as small as a 12-foot round pool all the way up to a 41-foot by 21-foot oval pool in both material types. You will still have the options you want, no matter which material you decide is best for you.
